What will it cost me to rent the clubhouse?
Peak season (May 15 – Oct. 15) $3000
Off-peak: Rates vary depending on the nature of the event. Please call us!

How do I reserve the facility?
We invite you to visit the BHEC in person! Schedule an appointment with our Executive Director to take a personal tour and to learn more about how you can hold your event with us. Phone or email Sheila at 307.673.0454 or director@thebhec.org to view the facility and learn more about booking information. Please keep in mind that some events are booked up to one year in advance!

After I book the facility for my specific date, what’s next?
We will work with you personally to assure you have everything you need to have your perfect celebration. First on your list will be establishing your bar needs with us. Then it is up to you! Find your caterer, arrange for additional seating if necessary, plan your music or your meeting space and invite your guests!.

What does the rental fee include?
Your rental fee allows you to host your event privately starting at 10:00 a.m. Your fee also includes bar staff, a prepared cash or open bar setting and the perfect setting for your gathering.

Are there specific guidelines regarding the set up of my event?
To minimize noise impact, we request that speakers face west, away from the surrounding homeowners. Bands and DJs are able to set up inside or outside the clubhouse and there is plenty of room for indoor and outdoor dancing! We do request that music does wrap up by midnight.
